Enkirch offers its visitors large grounds for relaxation and leisure-time on the banks of the river Mosel.

In addition to playgrounds and mini-golf, this area also offers several landing piers for excursion ships as well as a passenger ferry (Enkirch/Kövening).

The river Mosel is also a fisherman’s paradise. Fishing is also possible in the two artificial lakes that can be found close-by in the Großbachtal valley.

Loyal to our region, quality wines are grown on an area of over 100ha. Frequent wine-tasting and the visit to the various wine cellars have become very popular. Here, you can sample some of the best-known Herrenberg and Steffensberg vineyard locations.
