Our chef loves using the fresh ingredients that are widely available in the Mosel region.
We buy our vegetables and salad from our local shop-keeper who gets his produce three times a week fresh from the farmers' market.
We also source sausage meat and other meat from our local country butcher.
Many of the herbs we use are grown in our own organic garden.
We serve you freshly prepared game and mushrooms from our woods.
Our kitchen team always offers our guests seasonal specialities, prepared for you with the greatest possible attention to detail.
We are happy to serve you a glass of wine from our own wine cellar to accompany your meal.
